Had a lovely stay at the Randolph hotel! Stayed 2 nights - no complaints staff very helpful and friendly! Food good! Good location for Southwold! Only tip we thought the room would automatically be made up - but was told we should have put the door requesting this to be done!

A bit out of the way. Thankfully no pretence at 'fine dining'. Just good wholesome food. Service very good. Beer is fantastic. All in all something to be enjoyed without being poncy.

We dropped in to see if we could get any dinner and threw the staff a real curve ball - two vegans in the party! This was on top of the awkward timing; between Xmas and New Year when kitchen supplies would have been running short.
We'd have been quite happy to have a quick drink at the Randolph and eat elsewhere, but the lady managing the bar went to speak to the kitchen. 10 mins later she returned with a number of creative suggestions that the chef was able to offer.
Food was amazing and imaginative (especially considering it had been rustled up with zero notice). Staff went way above and beyond for us, and it was very much appreciated :)

The staff and the manager Jenny are incredibly rude and in considerate. They should seriously consider how they conduct themselves, poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone, totally overpriced, completely underwhelming service….avoid!!

Just popped in for a drink. Saw a friend or two and had a chat. The prices aren't cheap but the service is generally okay.

Popped In for light lunch. Great new outside area. Well kept beer and tasty food. Dinner this evening efficient, friendly service. Good menu choices with Adam's beer and wine list. Reasonably priced. Certainly worth the short walk out of Southwold. Christmas menu advertised on table looks great.

We came for breakfast, it was very good. Fruit juice, cereals, pastries and a choice of hot breakfast and tea and coffee included. Our breakfasts were hot, well cooked and nicely presented. We thought our breakfasts were very good value for money. A clean, spacious restaurant, clean toilets. All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Recommended

I went to have lunch in there. The service was excellent. Friendly staff. The lunch was also excellent and I will be going back there again. As I was on my own I felt very comfortable in there. Thank you to the Randolph staff.

Recent short w.e. stay at very reasonable DBB rate. Comfortable accommodation with new en-suite facilities. Excellent food, especially breakfast. 15-minute walk into Southwold town. Recommended.

Spent two nights here in January - the rooms were excellent as was the breakfast. Friendly staff made for a very nice stay.
